Employee Well-Being: Strategi MSDM Untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Mental Dan Kesejahteraan Karyawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi-strategi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan karyawan di seluruh dunia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai program dan kebijakan yang telah diimplementasikan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan global, seperti Google, Microsoft, Unilever, dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program kesejahteraan mental, fleksibilitas kerja, pelatihan manajemen stres, budaya inklusif, dan asuransi kesehatan mental merupakan beberapa strategi kunci yang berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan. Selain itu, keterlibatan pemimpin, lingkungan kerja yang ergonomis, dan kebijakan cuti kesehatan mental juga berkontribusi signifikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi-strategi tersebut sangat bergantung pada komitmen manajemen, budaya organisasi yang inklusif, dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam MSDM untuk tidak hanya meningkatkan produktivitas, tetapi juga memastikan kesejahteraan mental dan emosional karyawan dalam jangka panjang.
